Description
Participants of this web analytics advanced workshop should have experience in the field of internet marketing, be familiar with the SiteCatalyst interface and preferably followed the Introduction to Web Analytics course.
The first half of this workshop will start off with a short recap on web analytics as a means of measuring marketing and sales effectiveness by following the following the circular optimization methodology. The subject of improving ROI by working with KPI’s will be handled extensively, resulting in a specific subset of KPI’s for all participants.
The second half will be SiteCatalyst interface focused. Previous determined concepts and potential success events will be put to the test. Individual user questions and issues will be open to group discussion in class.
