Adversitement opens office in Germany
Uden, 25 February 2010 – Adversitement, a Dutch full-service Web Analytics Consultancy, opens their new office on the 1st of March in Hamburg, Germany. This extension towards the German market is a logical step in the international expansion of the company. With offices in Uden, Amsterdam, Paris, Milan, Istanbul and now also in Hamburg, Adversitement is on its way to becoming market leader in Europe.
Adversitement is the Web Analytics market leader in the Netherlands for quite some time and has already been very successful in a number of other countries in Europe. Now Adversitement is establishing a German office in Hamburg to continue their expansion in Europe and to better serve the German market. Of the estimated 418 million Internet users in Europe, most of them, approximately 54 million, live in Germany. New Managing Director
Sven Meyer, the new ‘Managing Director Adversitement DACH’, has been put in charge to establish the subsidiary in Hamburg and to represent Adversitement in the entire German-speaking market. Sven Meyer has a Master in Computer Science and can rely on extensive experience, gained from work in the Internet Business since its early days. He has been working for big Internet companies such as Gruner+Jahr (Bertelsmann) and AOL Europe Interactive Marketing, where he was Head of Technology, as well as for other major players in the Internet and mobile business. During his career, he made sure that he not only stays on top of new technology developments, but also on online business models, the psychology of consumer behavior and user experience design.
Professionalization
Bob Nieme sees the opening of the office in Germany as an important step towards market leadership in Europe. “In Germany the online market is in an advanced stage, but there are still many websites which would benefit from professional Web Analytics and Online Business Optimization solutions and consulting – and that’s where Adversitement comes into play.
