Ditzo has asked Adversitement to guide the complete web analytics process from implementation to optimization. From the start, the focus has been the optimization of online marketing, online customer service and the order process.

 

Result

From the beginning Adversitement has worked intensively with Ditzo and involved parties to make web analytics an integral part of doing business. Both orders from the web site and the call center are recorded and can be traced to all marketing campaigns to which a visitor has responded.

 

In addition, web analytics is firmly anchored within the company by extensive reporting and widgets which are projected within the call center displaying traffic and sales data. According to Ditzo: “Adversitement means thinking, speed, flexibility and no-nonsense.”
